What if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact AirFresh Solutions immediately and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Prior to signing for any shipment, please inspect the package and have the driver take note of any damage. This will assist us in filing a claim afterwards.
