What are VOCs?

The term VOC stands for volatile organic compound. A VOC is a chemical which easily evaporates into the air at room temperature and is noticeable to us as an odour. Many VOC's are known to be toxic, and we should limit our exposure to them as much as possible. The best defence against VOCs are specialized carbon filters which are available in many of our products.
